Shipping policy

Where we ship. Home of Builders ships within the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship internationally or to APO/FPO addresses.

Cost. Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum.

Processing time. Orders are picked and packed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery time. Once dispatched, delivery takes 2–5 business days. Every order ships from a warehouse inside the United States — nothing on this store is sent from overseas.

Carrier and tracking. Orders ship via FedEx. A tracking number is emailed as soon as the parcel is scanned by the carrier. FedEx does not deliver to PO boxes, so please give a street address at checkout.

Address accuracy. We can only ship to the address entered at checkout. If an order is returned to the warehouse because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you to arrange redelivery; the reshipment cost is yours to cover.

Delays. Carrier delays, severe weather and peak-season backlogs are outside our control. If tracking has not moved for five business days, contact us and we will open a trace with the carrier.

Lost or damaged in transit. If a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, or arrives damaged, we replace it or refund it in full at no cost to you. Photograph the damage before disposing of any packaging.
